As an Executive Assistant, you would report to the Regional President and collaborate with all levels and functions of the company, as well as provide high-level support to additional global executives. The role is based in the Roehm North American Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. In this multifaceted role, you should be prepared to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in performing the required duties of the position.  



  • You are the Gatekeeper to the Regional President and would manage the schedule, calendar, and email as requested and/or required.  
  • Responsible for administrative support, office management, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining organizational charts, and other general administrative duties.  
  • Engage travel agency and service providers to book and handle business travel and arrange travel visa applications and invitation letters for in-bound and out-bound international travelers.  
  • Prepare and process expense reports for the President and Global Executives and approve expense reports, as a delegate of the President.  
  • Coordinate business meetings, i.e. site selection, logistics, catering, room blocks, equipment, agenda preparation, and distribution.  
  • Analyze data, organize information, and prepare reports/documents using Microsoft applications.  
  • Develop, handle, and maintain a central depository for all legal agreements and other documents for the region. Ensure accurate compliance with contract approval and signature processes and policies.  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site host and service providers as the key contact for office and facilities management.  



  • Proficiency in English and German required; Spanish, in addition, is a plus
  • Received an Associate degree or higher  
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in a position with equivalent responsibilities, including 5 years of international experience   
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to follow through and complete tasks with little supervision  
  • Self-motivated and work independently with a sense of urgency  
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties and able to tackle and solve problems quickly  
  • Treat confidential information in an appropriate manner  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)  
  • Ability to work overtime, as requested
