RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 与技术部门一起进行停车的准备工作,并且负责个生产单元或全厂的开车。
  • 建立和更新本厂或生产文件(英文和中文)
  • 教育和培训班长和操作人员。
  • 在生产出现问题时,问题成因的研究(化工/技术)、解决问题的建议、协助厂长实施建议,并在数据库中(例如:8D-Report)做好文档工作。
  • 承担作为项目负责人项目经理的责任(根据Evonik 的定义)
  • 在出现不可预见的事件时,直接、自主地做出反应。
  • 识别生产中的异常情况——自己或与班长讨论——建立纠正方案。
  • 通知厂长和同事所有相关的活动。
  • 联系MUSCBL(世界各地)的不同部门。
  • 根据SCM和技术要求制定生产计划。
  • 监测和管理不同生产单元的预算。
  • 每月报表的数据准备工作。
  • 合作招募新员工。
  • 根据应急响应计划,在发生紧急事件时通知相关人员。
  • 确保根据ESHQ要求组织和记录下属员工的相关培训。
  • 在厂长不在时,有权运行工厂并在需要停车时有权做出决定。
  • 有权制定作业要求并签发作业许可证。
  • 监督产品质量、根据实验室的结果报告有权批准最终产品。
  • 安排废弃物处理事宜,使之符合规定。
  • 遵守公司的IP保护和员工行为准则等规章制度。

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 优秀的化工和工艺知识、渊博的处理危险化学品的知识。
  • 在化工厂多年的工作经验,和/或大学学历。
  • 先进的技术、科学知识和理解。
  • 先进的ESHQ知识和处理相关仪器仪表和设备的能力。
  • 良好的计算机知识 (MS –OfficeSAP)
  • 安全管理体系的知识。
  • 管理技能和在工厂运行中经济方面的深刻理解。
  • 精通英语。
