WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Implement EHSQ regulation to ensure lab safety;
- Conduct lab tests including formulation design and screen out the most preferred product for specific application;
- Prepare testing report according to LWR from TS, all operations shall follow lab SOP.
- Do proper documentation for each lab activity;
- Lab equipment management to keep them in order;
- Track and follow-up on sampling to customers;
- Support the technical service team for trouble shooting and customer complaints;
- Clear focus on the adhesives and coating industry;
- Understand market trends of adhesives, and conduct product research and development according to customer needs.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Chemistry background, familiar with the formulation design, production process, and performance testing of adhesives;
- Bachelor or master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
- Related lab equipment operation and good analysis skills are required.
- R&D experience in Adhesives (RHM) is must,
- More than 5 years working experience in lab;
- Good command of English;
