WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Development, implementation and continuous further development of comprehensive security concepts for the protection of the company, employees and its locations

  • Responsibility for sabotage protection in accordance with the requirements of the Security Clearance Act (SÜG)

  • Planning and conducting internal investigations into security-related incidents

  • Ensuring travel safety for employees, including creating and updating policies and contingency plans

  • Monitor and comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of safety

  • Perform risk and vulnerability analyses in industrial control systems and identify and assess potential security risks

  • Performance of the task of the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) for the Röhm Group, including responsibility for IT/OT security: definition of the IT/OT security level, derivation and subsequent implementation of a corresponding concept, including suitable measures to create the necessary awareness for IT/OT security and associated training

  • You will be responsible for checking the security level of applications and infrastructure (PEN testing, audits, etc.) and assessing the security level of cloud services

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

  • First of all, your personality: you are characterized by a high level of strong leadership and communication skills as well as a high degree of discretion and a sense of responsibility.
  • You completed your studies in the field of security management or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in a responsible position in the field of corporate security, ideally in a critical infrastructure or internationally oriented environment.
  • You have sound knowledge in the creation and implementation of security concepts, in the field of OT security and in travel security.
  • Desirable: You have proof of expertise in accordance with §34a GewO (security industry).
  • You have willingness to carry out a security check according to SÜ2 (required by law).
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the security requirements of a modern IT architecture.
  • You have knowledge of modern IT security models and their application in the IT infrastructure as well as at the application level.
