WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the sales strategy of the Methacylate Monomers business unit in the EMEA region and will report to the Head of the Business Unit
  • You will be responsible for annual sales and revenue planning in accordance with the results targets with your own budget responsibility
  • You lead the regional sales and customer service organization, set individual goals and develop your employees
  • You will be responsible for contract management with a cross regional coordination function for Asia and North America and coordinate the global key account program
  • As head of sales, you will maintain relationships with major customers and be responsible for the implementation of customer segmentation and service offerings
  • You and your team promote sustainable product solutions to our customers as part of the Röhm TRACK 2030 program
  • You will work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain Management and thus contribute to the sustainable economic success of the division

 

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

  • First of all, your personality: You are highly motivated and enjoy working with international customers and colleagues in order to develop them further
  • Based on an economic or technical degree, you have several years of professional and management experience in a comparable sales position in the petrochemical industry
  • In addition to very good market and industry knowledge in the field of petrochemical raw materials, you have excellent knowledge in the development and implementation of global sales strategies
  • You act in a results-oriented manner, have an analytical and goal-oriented way of working and have a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking
  • You are strong in negotiation and assertiveness, your success in key account management and your customer orientation are reflected in a corresponding track record
  • You are characterized by your social and intercultural competence as well as by a winning demeanor, the willingness to travel is a matter of course for you
  • Your strong communication skills in German and English as well as the confident handling of SAP, database systems, MS Office and modern communication media round off your profile
