With us, you can expect development opportunities for your future. This vacancy is specifically for remote working from Home office with regular visits to the HQ, in Germany. Home office in the central, western or northern part of Germany is preferred. The position is unlimited and can start as soon as possible.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You take responsibility: You are the main contact to existing and new, potential customers in the territory Northern Germany and The Netherlands. You actively identify new customers and new applications and bring business opportunities to success.
  • You are right in the middle of it: You maintain and grow profit for the Business Unit in a sustainable way. You like to travel and meet customers in their natural environment.
  • Your support is needed: In international new product launches, gathering competitor information, providing basic technical support, assist market studies, do forecasting
  • Your expertise is in demand: You enjoy working with people. You enjoy explaining products for specific technical applications. And you do not forget about the financials while doing so.
  • The vacancy requires regular travel to Northern Germany and The Netherlands.

 

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

  • First of all, your personality: you are characterized by a high level of motivation, enjoyment of work and a conscientious way of working.
  • Master's degree in one of the following fields: Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering or Materials Science. Additional business degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the chemical or plastics markets selling to key decision-makers.
  • Strong sales capabilities in building personal relationship on top of technical affinity.
  • Affinity to & experience with the Automotive, Lighting, Home Appliances & Extrusion Industry preferred.
  • MS Office and CRM skills are required (SAP skills preferred)
  • Fluent in German and English (extra language such as Dutch is preferred).
