  • Your market intelligence skills are crucial: identify and acquire new customers as well as new opportunities at existing customers.
  • Technical expertise is essential:  You support our customers in Europe, Africa, Middle East and India, especially for the coating and adhesive (e.g., reactive hotmelts) industries.
  • Innovative input is needed: You generate ideas for innovation projects like new product developments based on market needs.
  • Your support is needed: research, collect, interpret und document information from the market.
  • Collaboration skills are essential: You work closely with marketing and sales , especially for analyzing different markets.
  • Sustainability ideas are important: You promote Röhm’s sustainability strategy, especially of proTerra products with reduced CO2 footprint.
  • Your technical knowledge is vital: provide your technical advice in the field of methacrylate resins with extensive application knowledge.



  • First of all, your personality: You possess strong communication and cooperation skills, both externally and internally. Your entrepreneurial mindset, along with a strong “hunter mentality”, makes you a great fit for this role. You are highly oriented towards building and nurturing personal relationships.
  • You have a distinct willingness to travel frequently, especially within Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
  • You have a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a similar qualification.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in the Coatings, Adhesives, or Reactive Hotmelt industry.
  • You are fluent in English and German, and preferably also in French.
