WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will create a chatbot which helps sales colleagues and customers to find the best fitting products regarding specific and/or physical characteristics

You review and analyze the available data sets for the ability of automatic reading

You will execute a research in bot programs in comparison to MS Copilot Studio to show pro an cons of the different programs

You are responsible for developing a bot training and question options

You implement a chatbot in production using process data, as additional task, if there is still enough time available
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

First of all, your personality: You are characterized by a high level of motivation, enjoyment of work and a conscientious way of working

You are a student in the field of chemistry with a high degree of interest in artificial intelligence (AI) topics

You got a basic knowledge in the implementation of chatbots

Ideally you have experiences in Python programming and in the field of data engineering

Your way of working is characterized by independence, structure and results orientation

You have a high level of commitment, communication skills and discretion

Business fluency in English, spoken and written; knowledge in German is a desireable
