RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand customers´ commercial and technical needs and opportunities;
- Maintain and continuouly improve the customer relationship and satisfactory level;
- Follow-up of daily activities for negotation, service requirements, trouble shooting and complaints in line with relevant strategies and guidelines
- Execute national price strategy and ensure pricing compliance
- Manage account receivables and credit limits;
- Research on customer needs and expectations in the field of products, processes and propose measures to improve customer satisfaction;
- Generate, evaluate and report market and competitive information to ensure competitive advantage;
- Work closely with other functions, e.g. key account management, techn. service, product management, NBD, customer service, supply chain and business services;
- Identify and capture new opportunities and/or projects, using the tool of RLOP;
- Contact person for local external distributors, and responsible for target setting and daily management;
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate with chemical or business fields, and Master degree in Business Administration would be an advantage. Preferable 5+ years working experience related to sales/marketing in chemical/adhesive industry;
- Affinity to our products and customers industries as well as a passion on supporting customers with competent advice;
- People who can move confidently in a versatile, open, and international organization, fluent in English and Chinese, with good communication skill;
- People who has willing to travel (40% +) and want to build up good relationship with customers. Strong affinity to also develop new business in different industries while securing existing business;
- Effective team players who enjoy working together in a distributed and diversified team;
- People with good sense of initiatives , and can work independently;
- Experience in Adhesive especially for PUR or SG industry would be a plus;
- Strong commercial skills including marketing sense;
- Knowhow to deal and manage the change and find opportunities;
- Understand and manage the cultural difference in the organization;
- Good in strategic thinking is preferred.
