RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with commercial team to understand customer needs and response in time.
• Provide technical seminar/workshop to support commercial promotion.
• Provide on-site customer support on trouble shooting, injection molding and extrusion.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage test activities and build contact with test agencies.
• Prepare and update technical documents.
• Identify new market requirements and support local product and application development.
• Monitor activities of competitors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above in polymer processing/ mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in polymer modification/ processing related job.
• English communication is a mandatory competence.   
• Proficiency in injection molding and extrusion
• Knowledge about thermal plastics and common test methods
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics of the finished parts 
• The position leads the technical discussion with customers in a systematic manner.
