The Supply Chain & Business Process Analyst (SCB-PA) will help move the organization towards process excellence in all functions and help create an environment to achieve a high level of process enhancement, efficiency and process automation. The SCB-PA serves a role in selection, implementation and support of new and existing technology that enables business growth and efficiency. The SCB-PA helps to develop and ensures that the appropriate infrastructure (systems, tools and software), policies and procedures are in place. The SCB-PA develops and maintains KPI and KPI monitoring tools to ensure that the organization continuously improves towards a zero-defect process efficiency.

The key role of the SCB-PA is to challenge the status quo, to erode fixed silo-based processes and systems, and to promote a digitally enabled culture that successfully drives business and organizational transformation and improvement.




  • Analysis and evaluation of business processes in the area of Supply Chain & Business Services. Based on analysis, develop concepts to improve processes and process adherence.
  • Develop KPI to measure process efficiency and develop and maintain tools & dashboards to monitor the KPI. Oversees the monthly reporting within SCB.
  • Develop and execute in cooperation with global functions a digitalization & automation strategy for the Region Americas
  • Drive harmonization of processes within SC for all three product lines. Implement best practices and ensure communication is sufficient between different product lines and functions.
  • Support cross-functional projects to implement new tools and processes in Region Americas
  • Communicate to and align with global functions on all SCB related process topics. Provide regional input to global projects and initiatives and implement the results in the region.
  • Act as regional key contact for IT and BPM departments with regards to tools, software and business systems (CRM, SAP, document management system, etc.)
  • Participates and contributes to cross-functional improvement projects through analyzing underlying processes and providing input to improve processes and systems
  • Screen industry trends on process enhancement and automation tools and develop concept to implement modern industry standards




  • Knowledge required of supply chain & logistics as well as customer service and business processes. Experience in statistical forecasting, business support systems such as SAP, CRM and KPI monitoring software preferred. Knowledge and proven experience required in developing and optimizing business processes (business process engineering).
  • The position requires knowledge and experience in project management;  to help lead  cross-functional and cross-regional teams to successfully define & deliver projects in accordance with established budgets, work-plans, quality standards, and timeframes
  • The position requires to demonstrate excellent skills in business process Engineering, acting as a guiding beacon towards operational excellence
  • Beside analytical skills the position requires broad business understanding, strong conceptual and strategic thinking to support end-to-end processes, and strong inter-personal skills to enable effective collaboration, and good cross-functional and cross-cultural working. A strong background on business systems, modern software packages and a good knowledge about industry digitalization standards is required.
  • This position requires minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Operation roles and preferably in Supply Chain and Business Services. The experience must include knowledge of end-to-end business processes and the related tools & software packages used. Demonstrated experience in managing and planning systems implementation and integration is required.
  • This incumbent must have communication skills to successfully navigate with other staff in a challenging business environment.
  • This position requires a BA/BS degree in Supply Chain & Business Services or related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • This position will travel domestically and internationally to other facilities up to 25%
