RESPONSIBILITIES

• 观察和控制工厂的各个单元
• 在工厂内巡回检查期间，根据SOP的指导、班组长或工厂管理人员的指示，操作并控制仪表、阀门、和厂内的其他设施、设备
• 按照工厂程序或管理层要求进行取样操作
• 通过DCS操作工厂
• 遵守安全处置危险化学品的规章制度（操作和法规方面)
• 按照工厂程序、班长或管理层要求进行现场巡回检查
• 按照要求穿戴PPE
• 协助工厂内的检维修工作
• 对既定方案和规章制度进行分析学习
• 评估工厂样品的分析结果
• 负责有关原材料的收货工作
• 进行平稳的交接班、紧密配合接班人员
• 用可理解的、直接的方法向班组长报告出现的异常情况、故障或ESHQ、工艺相关事故
• 协助其他班组成员工作
• 积极协助班长做好班组其他成员的培训
• 遵守优秀团队和roehm核心价值观的精神
• 协助有关工艺、工厂、操作和组织结构优化
• 负责PM工厂内的清洁卫生和5S工作
• 遵循公司关于IP保护和行为守则等的有关规章
• 遵守所有公司ESHQ规定
• 严格遵守MOC程序

REQUIREMENTS

• 化工、技术知识（职业培训、工作经验）
• ESHQ知识；以口头的或书面的形式操作相关仪器仪表、设备的能力
• IT基础知识
• DCS基础操作知识
• 基础英语
• 必须获得和持有法定证书
