- 遵守公司关于IP保护和行为守则等的有关规定。
- 遵守法律法规及公司ESHQ的相关规定，如作业控制程序、ESHQ责任制的具体要求。
- 遵守涉及安全、健康、质量的相应的危险化学品处置的规章制度（操作和法规方面)。
- 监控装置的各个部件/部位的运行状况，对偏离及时处理和汇报。
- 根据装置的操作规程，班组长及装置管理要求的明确指令，进行相应的巡回检查，检查的内容包括工艺操作的控制系统、仪表、阀门、和装置内的其他设施、设备等。
- 按照装置的程序或管理的要求进行取样操作。
- 按照（标准操作规程）SOP及管理要求操作装置。
- 按照装置如程序、班长或管理的要求按时、按规定路线进行现场巡回检查，并填写巡检记录，须将发现的问题及时汇报处理。
- 按照要求穿戴PPE。
- 执行和落实装置内的日常和停车检维修的风险评估、能量隔离、监护等工作。
- 准备和执行工厂的开停车的具体操作。
- 根据采样分析系统里面，评估和确认装置样品的分析结果及进行相应的调整。
- 负责相关原材料/辅助材料的的收货/领取工作。
- 进行平稳的交接班并紧密配合接班人员
- 用通俗易懂和比较直接的方式向班组长汇报出现的异常情况、故障或涉及ESHQ的事件和工艺/设备相关的问题。
- 协助配合班组其他成员的工作。
- 积极协助班长做好班组其他成员的相互培训。
- 积极实践和领悟优秀团队和公司的核心价值观的精神
- 积极参与并实践装置的工艺优化、装置优化、操作和组织的优化
- 负责装置内的清洁卫生和5S工作。
- 学习相关的方针政策和规章制度。
- 严格遵守MOC程序
- 全面承担该岗位ESHQ职责，符合罗姆公司《EHSQ角色和职责》要求。
